New Advisory Circular AC61-65F Released

The FAA has just released it's latest revision of Advisory Circular 61-65F which provides guidance for new pilot applicants, pilots, flight instructors, ground instructors, and examiners. This includes updates on how to obtain the new plastic student pilot certificates through IACRA (see pages 9-11).
