3rd Class Medical Reform Takes Effect May 1st

The FAA released the final rule for the 3rd Class Medical Reform today which allows the use of a driver's license in place of a 3rd Class medical certificate.
Some of the requirements are that you haven't been denied a medical in the past, have had a medical previously (since July 15th 2006), have taken an online medical course within 24 months, have had an examination with a physician within the past 48 months, and a few others.
