FAA releases Airmen Certification Standards

Airmen Certification Standards The FAA has released the Instrument Rating and Private Pilot Airmen Certification Standards (ACS) which replaces the Practical Test Standards (PTS) on July 15th of this month. These are the final revisions as they were previously drafts.
